Refunds & Return Policy

Parsec watches accept returns on unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Should your item arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days and we will exchange the item for you at no charge.

There are no refunds for damaged or broken watches which result from water damage or physical activity as our products are made from wood.
